Using our industry specific customer relationship management (CRM) system, texting and video platforms, you'll have the tools to manage, grow, and engage with your customer base effectively and with ease. Key Responsibilities: Present and sell RVs and related services to new and existing customers Follow dealership sales processes and training methods Proactively seek out and connect with potential customers Achieve agreed-upon monthly sales targets Maintain customer relationships with follow-ups and updates Stay informed on RV products, industry trends, and dealership inventory What We're Looking For: 1+ years of sales experience preferred but not required Strong communication & people skills A positive, goal-driven attitude with a passion for customer service Experience with CRM platforms or a willingness to learn Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals Detail-oriented with a competitive and motivated mindset Excellent attendance and reliability Ready to Join a Winning Team?
