Inside Sales/Customer Service Specialist $70,000 - $75,000 medical, dental, life, vision, vaca days, sick days, holidays, etc.. Privately held corporation with a stellar reputation in their industry. Integral role in our customer support department where you will use your training, wisdom, and experience to quickly adapt to customer needs and to deliver a human and consultative support experience through creative problem solving. You will be developing a robust knowledge of our products to effectively resolve issues on behalf of customers. You will diagnose issues and engage with other departments to troubleshoot and solve customer questions. On a daily basis you will be answering how to questions as well as helping customers navigate a variety of ways to resolve questions as you communicate thoughtful, customize solutions.
