Whether you're newly licensed or bring years of experience, we offer the tools, training, and support you need to succeed. This role focuses on helping clients find the best insurance solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, and building a solid book of business. Newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply! We provide mentoring, training, and warm leads -- no cold calling required. We are hiring for two full-time positions: Customer Service Representative - Requires California insurance license (Personal Lines or Fire & Casualty). We will consider qualified, dependable candidates and help them obtain their license. Licensed Insurance Agent - Must hold a current California license in Personal Lines or Fire & Casualty. Both roles involve direct client communication, policy servicing, and providing insurance solutions in both English and Spanish.
