Job Title: Flooring Sales & Design Associate Job Description: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Flooring Sales & Design Associate to assist clients in selecting the perfect flooring solutions for their homes or businesses. This role combines sales expertise with a strong eye for design to guide customers through product selection, provide design recommendations, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: * Assist customers in selecting flooring products that meet their style, needs, and budget. * Provide expert design advice on color coordination, materials, and installation options. * Educate customers on product features, benefits, and maintenance requirements. * Prepare quotes, process sales transactions, and follow up with clients. * Maintain showroom displays and stay updated on flooring trends and industry innovations. * Collaborate with installers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution. Qualifications: * Previous experience in flooring sales, interior design, or home improvement retail preferred but not required. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach. * Knowledge of different flooring materials and design trends preferred but not required. * Ability to read and interpret floor plans and measurements. * Proficiency with QuickBooks is a plus. * Builds positive relationships with team members and contributes to a supportive work environment.
