Overview Stonehouse Quartz & Granite is currently looking to fill an Inside Sales Representative position opening. This position will be based in our Showroom in Urbandale and serve as the face of the organization by greeting customers into the Showroom and assisting customers with their Quartz & Granite needs. Duties You will be: * Greeting customers into the showroom. Assisting with frontline duties such as answering phone calls. * Responsible for developing relationships with new and existing customers, understanding customer requirements and working to meet customer expectations * Generating revenue and increasing our customer base by providing customer service and identifying customer needs * Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships * Generating sales leads and meeting sales goals * Closing sales * Managing customer accounts * Building customer relationships, and providing above average customer service * Remaining knowledgeable about products and services, and be able to identify customer needs * Maintaining customer records, processing customer orders, and providing customer support * Must be able to accurately assess customer needs, provide timely responses and solutions, and work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction * Effectively use technology to manage customer accounts and track sales activity. * Preparing and delivering sales presentations * Recommending products to customers * Providing pertinent customer job specifications to Scheduling & Service Manager according to standard procedures. Qualifications * The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of inside sales experience and have a high school diploma. Be a fast learner and exude an above average customer service skillset.
