Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Associates to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are willing to travel to different areas. We are a mobile retail store specializing in race products. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. * Operate cash registers efficiently, handling transactions accurately. * Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to provide informed assistance to customers. * Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure the store is visually appealing. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy. * Support sales initiatives by promoting products and upselling when appropriate. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including checkout areas. * be able to travel on weekends according to the race schedule Qualifications * Previous experience in a retail or auto parts store. * Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Familiarity with retail math concepts is advantageous for inventory management. * Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Join us this season and be part of a race team and amazing events Job Types: Seasonal, Contract Pay: $7,000.00 - $8,000.00 per year Shift: * 10 hour shift Experience: * Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * Spanish (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 75% (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
