Local Builder looking to add a versatile person to their team who can help out with all aspects of building a new home from start to finish. This candidate will be working in a office environment and interacting with clients, co- workers & subcontractors in a professional manner. Job Duties: Meeting & greeting customers Estimating & Job tracking Coordinate tradesmen throughout the build process. Working with customers on design process of new home Communicating with customers throughout build process Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off Schedule: * Every weekend * Monday to Friday Ability to Commute: * Hollis Center, ME 04042 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Hollis Center, ME 04042: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
