NOT Remote We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic call center team, preferably with telemarketing experience, to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, promoting our services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, with the ability to engage in outbound calling *PLEASE Answer all screening questions or your application to be reviewed Duties * Make outbound calls to patients to provide information on healthcare services, and appointment reminders * Answer incoming calls from patients and address their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. * Schedule appointments and manage patient data in our CRM * Follow up on missed appointments and reschedule as needed * Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations. * Keep accurate records of all patient interactions and update information in the database. * Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets as set by the team as it relates to patient consult volume and "Show Rates." *PLEASE Answer all screening questions or your application to be reviewed COMPENSATION: Advertised pay range is base pay.
