Outside Sales Representative - Windows & Insurance Claims Overview We're seeking driven, people-focused individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll specialize in estimating and selling windows to homeowners whose properties have sustained damage and are seeking insurance coverage for replacements. Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, primarily homeowners and roofing contractors. * Conduct cold calls to generate leads and identify potential customers. * Perform home inspections to assess damage and assist homeowners in filing insurance claims. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the sales management team on territory strategy and growth initiatives. * Use BuilderTrend CRM to manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and report performance. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. Qualifications & Skills * Proven experience in outside sales with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals. * Former roofers are encouraged to apply - this is the same kind of sale, just with less door knocking! * Experience in territory sales and a good understanding of local market dynamics. * Proficiency in BuilderTrend or similar CRM systems. * Confident and professional cold-calling skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
