Responsibilities * Conduct warm calls to existing leads and engage in outbound calling to generate new business opportunities. * Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up strategies. * Identify customer needs and present appropriate technology solutions that align with their requirements. * Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market approaches and enhance overall sales performance. * Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system to track progress and outcomes. * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products. * Participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Experience * Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development is preferred. * Strong ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing. * Familiarity with technology sales or related fields is a plus. * Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and close sales effectively. * Experience in outbound calling strategies and techniques is highly desirable. * A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and adapting to changing market demands is essential.
