Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities * Collaborate with the sales team to set and achieve sales targets * Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers * Manage and develop existing client accounts * Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients * Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach * Analyze sales data and trends to optimize performance * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process * Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features * Manage the sales team to ensure targets are met Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development * Strong ability to analyze sales performance data * Excellent negotiation and customer service skills * Familiarity with technical aspects of products/services being sold * Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
