Commonwealth Payroll & HR (CommPayHR) is seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team! About Us We are a rapidly expanding company in the payroll, HR, and employer services industry. Your Day? * Attracting new clients to CommPayHR's services. * Managing and growing existing client relationships to increase retention and revenue. * Cultivate and maintain relationships with (Centers of Influence/COIs) to generate referrals. * Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas based on the annual sales plan. * Partner with the Sales Leader to track activity, milestones, and scorecard metrics. * Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns to attract direct clients and expand the COI network. * Participate in professional networking groups and events to grow your professional connections.
