What You 'll Do As a Remote Financial Sales Representative, you'll cultivate trusted client relationships and deliver tailored insurance and investment solutions. Forget chasing generic leads that rarely convert--our proven mentorship and workshop strategies empower you to build a sustainable book of business. Your responsibilities include: * Prospecting and generating clients through personal networks, referrals, and strategic networking. * Engaging prospects through monthly financial education workshops to showcase solutions like life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds. * Crafting personalized financial plans to help clients meet their financial goals. * Nurturing long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. * Staying current on industry trends through training, mentorship, and workshop participation. Who We 're Looking For We're seeking motivated, results-oriented professionals eager to make a difference in clients' financial lives. To succeed, you should have: * Experience : 1+ years in sales (financial services, insurance, or investments a plus but not required). * Skills : Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales closing abilities. * Mindset : Self-driven, resilient, and committed to growth. * Licenses : Series 6/7 or Life licenses preferred; we'll support unlicensed candidates to obtain them. * Education : Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience considered.
