Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to drive business growth. You will leverage your customer service skills and knowledge of the market to engage prospects and support our sales efforts. Duties * Engage with prospects through various channels including phone, email, and social media. * Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their fit for our products or services. * Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads in Service Titan. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion. * Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients as necessary. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead generation process. * Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions. * Update and create spreadsheets. * Update various trackers. Qualifications * Proven experience in lead generation or sales. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with prospects. * Familiarity with Service Titan or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. * Ability to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities for business development. * Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results. * Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. * A passion for technology and a desire to learn about new products and services.
