Do you have a knack for supporting iPhones, iPads, and other cellular devices? We're looking for a motivated, tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Technology Sales & Support Specialist! Apply online at: [please apply online] Key Responsibilities: * Sales - Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions (iPhone, iPad, Mac & Android Phones) * Assist with merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store environment * Collaborate with team members in a retail environment to achieve sales and customer service goals * Provide excellent customer service and support for iPhones, iPads, and Mac computers * Creating sales and service tickets * Provide one-on-one support and training to customers Qualifications: * Strong passion for technology and a desire to help customers of all skill levels * Positive attitude with a focus on providing a welcoming experience * Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new Apple products and technologies * Retail experience and a collaborative approach to teamwork * Ability to work on Saturdays as well as week days * If you have skills in marketing, blogging, or social media, Wix, website development, that's a bonus! Preferred Skills & Experience: * Retail sales * Business to business sales * Apple knowledge of iPhones, iPads, Macs and other Apple solutions is a big plus!
