Key Responsibilities: * Sell Memberships & Products - Educate guests and members on the benefits of our memberships and skincare products, driving conversions and revenue. * Engage with AI GLOria - Guide clients through our AI-powered skincare assistant to enhance their experience. * Deliver a Best-in-Class Experience - Greet, check in, and check out guests with warmth and professionalism. * Meet & Exceed Sales Goals - Proactively upsell, engage up with potential members, and maintain a strong conversion rate. * Build Lasting Client Relationships - Create meaningful connections with guests and members to encourage long-term engagement. * Maintain a Clean, Professional Environment - Ensure the front desk, retail area, and lounge remain organized and welcoming. * Support Studio Operations - Assist skincare providers and maintain smooth service flow. Requirements: * Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or a customer service role preferred. * Strong ability to sell memberships, retail products, and add ons. * Friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated personality. * Professional and punctual - every time. * Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. * Must be available to work weekend shifts.
