My client operates in several States. They focus on Private Duty Home Care and some Medicaid. This role is to focus on the Manatee County area, Bradenton and the surrounding areas. The Company: * Provide Home Care since 2007 * Ambitious and expanding into more States * Centralized recruitment and intake team * Controlled and methodical growth * Value their employees The role: * To grow a new area in Manatee County * Work with a variety of different referral sources * Increase Private Duty Home Care revenue * Assist with the recruitment of Care Givers * Manage some of the onboarding * Close deals * Building relationships with Physicians, Case Managers, in Hospitals etc. Required competencies: * Home Health/Home Care/Senior Living/Hospice experience * Have a book of business in Manatee County * Private Duty experience would be beneficial * Proven track record of results * Entrepreneurial * Can work autonomously * Someone looking for more responsibility/progression in the future Benefits: * Commission up to 20% * Established organization * Progression opportunities to VP of Sales * Complete autonomy in the role * 401K * Gas allowance * Marketing allowance If you are interested in hearing more about this vacancy please contact Niall Adams on 786-[please apply online] or email [please apply online] As part of our continual pursuit of quality candidates we appreciate and reward candidate recommendations from you if we successfully secure them a position.
