Key Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a friendly and professional manner. * Provide product information to walk-in clients and help them find solutions for their flooring needs. * Assist with the trade shows * Handle inside-sales activities such as checking stock availability, processing purchase orders, issuing invoices, and following up on customer accounts using NetSuite. * Monitor and manage customer accounts receivables, ensuring timely payment collections by following company policies. * Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including creating sales orders, issuing credit memos, processing refunds, and entering vendor bills. * Collaborate with Sales Representatives and the warehouse team to ensure seamless customer service and efficient inventory management. * Prepare daily sales reports and provide analysis of client performance and sales trends to support the management team. * Contribute to general office duties and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: * A post-secondary diploma or degree. * Prior experience in sales, administration, or customer service, preferably within the flooring or construction industry. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English or Chinese skills are an asset. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and NetSuite is an asset. * Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a dynamic team. * A friendly and professional demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
