What You'll Do As a Remote Life Insurance Sales Representative, you'll connect with clients to deliver tailored life insurance solutions that secure their financial futures. Instead of relying on generic leads that often fail, you'll build a robust book of business through strategies honed in our mentorship program and monthly workshops. Your responsibilities include: * Prospecting and engaging clients through personal networks, referrals, and strategic networking. * Inviting prospects to monthly financial education workshops to showcase the value of life insurance products. * Conducting needs-based consultations to recommend life insurance solutions that meet clients' goals. * Fostering long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. * Staying informed on industry trends through training, mentorship, and workshop participation. Who We're Looking For We seek passionate, results-driven professionals eager to protect clients' futures through life insurance. To excel, you should have: * Experience : 1+ years in sales (insurance or financial services a plus but not required). * Skills : Excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales closing abilities. * Mindset : Self-motivated, resilient, and committed to professional growth. * Licenses : Life license a plus; we'll fully support unlicensed candidates to obtain it. * Education : High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. * Tech Proficiency : Comfortable with CRM tools, virtual client interactions, and remote work technology.
