Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Real Estate Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate law, market trends, and agent attraction and retention. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate agents and staff. Duties * Be a leader in the community, and bring our company and it's image to community events. * Recruit experienced agents and develop new agents. * Present Agent Compensation Plans * Maintain Company Culture * Host events and trainings with vendor partners weekly. * Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in real estate law. Experience * Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role is preferred. * Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to enhance client communication. * Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
