Job Summary: As a Technical Solutions Sales Representative, you will drive revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our products and services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Product Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our products and services. Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand market trends and consumer demands, providing valuable insights to optimize sales strategies. Order Management: Secure orders and ensure timely delivery of products, guaranteeing adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product specifications and capabilities, effectively communicating the value proposition to customers and addressing any inquiries they may have. Problem-Solving: Assist customers in resolving any issues or concerns they may encounter with our products, ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering long-term relationships. Sales Analysis: Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and development, providing recommendations for strategic initiatives. Training and Development: Conduct product installation and training sessions for customers and internal teams on product features, benefits, and sales techniques to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness. Field Repair: Install and repair Mimaki products as needed. Qualifications: * Associate's Degree or two years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Excellent customer service skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Strong analytical skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Travel Requirements: Be prepared for travel, including after-hours and weekends, to meet with clients and attend industry events.
