About the Role: We're on the lookout for a rockstar Insurance Advisor! We will help you build relationships, offer customized insurance solutions, and help people protect what matters most. ? What You 'll Do: * Be a trusted advisor to our clients, educating and guiding them through their insurance needs. * Follow up with clients (they'll love hearing from you!) to answer questions and offer solutions. * Use your problem-solving skills to appropriately bncle and offer comprehensive insurance solutions and upsell additional products when it's a true fit. * Manage policy updates, changes, and retention efforts with a smile. ???? Location: This is an in-person, in-office role at one of our locations: Tumwater/Olympia, Centralia, Longview, Long Beach, or Portland. ???? Pay & Perks: * Entry-Level Starting Salary: $41,000 * Experienced Salary Range: $52,000-$65,000 * Bonuses: Up to an extra $5,000 per year! * Licensing: No license? No problem. We'll cover 100% of your licensing costs! (Must obtain a Property & Casualty license within 3 months.) ????
