The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and answer all questions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will also be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve wireless requests, and deliver outstanding support across multiple channels. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and helping us build long- lasting relationships.
