BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE Empire Group's Inside Sales Representatives partner with our marketing and sales teams to help them develop the sales pipeline with high quality opportunities. The ISR is responsible for communicating with potential customers via phone and email in an attempt to close a sale. This role is a critical part of the sales process that allows us to achieve our growth objectives. The ISR positions are also a training ground for outside sales and marketing for those that are interested.
