The Opportunity: We're on the lookout for a talented Sales Manager to join our growing team. As a Sales Manager at Anthony & Sylvan Pools, you will: * Lead your team by hiring, training, and motivating successful Sales Design Consultants * Make an impact by increasing market share, sales revenue, and profitability. Our Ideal Candidate: We're not just interested in your qualifications; we want to know what makes you tick. To excel in this role, you should have the following: * Bachelor's degree required. * 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in-home B to C. * 3+ years in sales management role supervising a commissioned-based sales team. * 2-4 years of Marketing experience. * A "go-getter" attitude and one that thrives on helping others succeed. * An innovative mind that can motivate and show excitement for our product. * An understanding of the value of communication and CRM. * Drive to negotiate, problem solve, analyze data and apply financial skills. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Proven leadership skills, creative and forward thinking with the ability to teach, develop and coach subordinates.
