Job Description Growing National Wide Format Printing/Graphics Business seeks a Sales Representative to be part of our studio in Apex, NC. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to new and existing Customers and identifying opportunities to offer products and services that satisfy Customer needs. The goal of this role is to ensure Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention and Drive Sales Growth. * Professional, highly organized, and motivated individual with the ability to connect and build rapport with prospects and customers, a must. * Proven track record for developing new business and growing existing. * Manage existing customer jobs/projects. * Prospect for new accounts and track activity. * Respond promptly to all inquiries via phone or email. * Consult customers and prospects on products and services. * Prepare estimates, process, and submit orders for production accurately and efficiently. * Coordinate with production team to ensure on-time and top-quality orders. * Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM platform. * Process shipments using a variety of carriers. * Schedule vendors and assist with project details (project management). * Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and capable of handling tight deadlines and high-volume output. * Master product knowledge and stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends. * Participate in networking meetings/groups. Perform other duties as assigned to support the Operations Manager. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Proven experience in Customer Service, Sales, or a related field. * Excellent written and verbal communication with both internal and external customers. * Math Skills required for pricing and estimating. * Candidate must be highly organized, detail oriented and possess strong time management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Goal oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, and Data Entry. * Previous outside/inside sales experience is ideal * Prior involvement with a sign company or large format printing company (signage, vehicle wraps, banners, wall murals, tradeshow displays etc.) is a plus. Work Environment: * Office-based position * May involve off-site sales meetings during business hours * Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
