Qualifications for the Insurance Agent Apprentice: * Ideal candidate must be coachable & must be eager to learn * Must be organized * Property & Casualty License will need to be obtained within 30 days of offer date * Works well in a fast paced environment * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening * Strong attention to detail * Excellent analytical skills * Very strong interpersonal communication skills Responsibilities for the Insurance Agent Apprentice: * Effectively manage large amounts of new customer contacts and data * Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction * Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication * Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools * Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution * Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week Benefits: * Paid time off Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Application Question(s): * Are you willing to obtain your UT state Insurance sales license? * Are you willing to submit to the required State/Federal and Farm Bureau background checks?
