What You Will Contribute: In the role of Sales Operations Specialist, you will support the sales operations team throughout all stages of quoting and order processing. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account data in the CRM, process vendor registrations, and distribute compliance-related documents. This role requires excellent communication skills, teamwork, multitasking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Include: * Contacting customers and internal teams to update CRM accounts, including contact details, service dates, and billing information, to streamline our quoting and order fulfillment processes. * Ensuring customer account records in the CRM are accurate and up to date by specified deadlines. * Responding to customer inquiries regarding vendor registrations and compliance information, completing the necessary forms, and providing the requested documents obtained from internal and external sources. * Maintain and track the status of licenses, tax certificates, and other compliance-related documents in the CRM system. * Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to align goals and improve overall sales operations. Qualifications and Skills: * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * 2+ years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or account data management. * Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience in ERP systems is a plus. * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Effective communication skills, a comfort with gathering information through phone calls, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally are essential.
