Responsibilities * Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate new leads and expand the client base. * Negotiate terms and conditions of policies with clients, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. * Administer sales processes, including documentation and follow-ups, to ensure a seamless experience for clients. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and products, including HIPAA compliance for health-related insurance. * Provide ongoing customer service support to existing clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies that promote insurance products effectively. * Assist in benefits administration for clients seeking comprehensive coverage options. Experience * Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in the insurance industry. * Familiarity with sales administration processes is advantageous. * Strong negotiation skills are essential for success in this role. * Experience with telemarketing or direct sales techniques is a plus. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a wider audience. * Knowledge of benefits administration and HIPAA regulations is beneficial but not mandatory.
