Full description of the position

Ideal for a candidate passionate about technology and customer service, who enjoys building meaningful relationships and seeking growth in a dynamic field. Schedule: 40 hours per week, M-F 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Occasional Saturday shifts from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Saturday shifts are rotational, typically 2 Saturdays on, 4 Saturdays off. If you work on a Saturday, you will be given a half-day off during the week. Compensation: $13/hour Base + Performance Bonus Sales Representatives who consistently meet performance goals typically earn an additional $3-$4 per hour, bringing your total hourly rate to $16-$17. As an Entry-Level Sales Representative , you'll start by developing your understanding of our products, services, and customer needs. Your first year will focus on building relationships, mastering sales techniques, and becoming an expert in recommending repair solutions, protection plans, and device upgrades. During this time, you'll also have the opportunity to earn company-sponsored certifications (such as CompTIA IT Fundamentals and A+ Certification), which will strengthen your technical knowledge and ability to guide customers effectively. If you're passionate about technology, after one year in the role, you may become eligible to transition into a technical position--if you demonstrate strong competency in your current role and if a position is available. For those looking to maximize earnings and expand their expertise , there's also a path into B2B sales , where you'll work directly with small businesses to propose service agreements, managed IT solutions, and larger- scale projects.
