Full description of the position

Description: As a Sales & Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of the industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to generating leads and closing sales. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction. Job Requirements/Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting * Research and identify new potential clients and target markets. * Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate qualified leads. * Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand the client network. Sales Strategy & Execution * Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. * Conduct initial discovery meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. * Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and update the CRM with accurate details of interactions, stages, and outcomes. Client Relationship Management * Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships. * Provide consistent follow-up and communication to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities with previous sale clients. * Work closely with the project coordinators and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and transition of new clients. *Market Research & Analysis * Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies. * Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to support product improvements and marketing initiatives based on client feedback and market demands. *Reporting & Performance Metrics * Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, sales targets, and revenue generated. * Use data insights to refine strategies, optimize sales processes, and improve overall performance. Requirements: * Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. * Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Experience in Technology Industry (Web Design, IT, Marketing, Development) * Experience in Web Design Services is a Plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Disability insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * Monday to Friday Ability to Relocate: * Plano, TX 75024: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
