JOB SUMMARY : The Jr. Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with emerging artists and ensuring their needs are met as they navigate their careers. This role involves providing guidance, support, and strategic advice to artists while promoting their work within the company's network. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the arts, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in account management or artist relations. Must be open to travel. * QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS* : The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job while exercising independent judgment and discretion. * * Audio knowledge preferred * * Proven experience in account management or artist relations preferred * * Strong understanding of creative industries; familiarity with emerging trends is a plus. * * Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written-with an ability to build rapport quickly. * * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * * Knowledge of club/concert environments * * Strong computer skills * RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: * * Build and maintain strong relationships with emerging artists. * * Act as the primary point of contact for assigned artists. * * Understand each artist's unique needs and career goals. * Strategy Development: * * Collaborate with artists to develop personalized growth strategies. * * Identify opportunities for exposure, collaboration, and funding. * * Create marketing plans that align with the artist's brand. * Networking & Promotion: * * Leverage professional networks to connect artists with industry professionals (agents, labels). * * Promote upcoming events featuring managed artists through various channels (social media, newsletters).
