About the Role We're looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales, Marketing, and Administrative Associate to support a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is highly entrepreneurial and ideal for someone who thrives in unstructured environments and is excited to wear many hats. You'll be working directly with our team on client services, order processing, marketing, website support, and operational admin. Key Responsibilities 1. Client-Facing & Sales Support * Manage and respond to incoming client inquiries (Retail & Trade) * Assist with trade account management: * Prepare and send quotes * Process and follow up on orders * Ensure internal documentation is complete and organized * Identify and gather missing info from clients or vendors * Maintain to-do lists and track outstanding items * Support in-person showroom sales as needed * Support showroom operations (maintaining the showroom, merchandising, organizing etc.) 2. Order Administration & Logistics * Oversee orders from inquiry to fulfillment * Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for order execution * Schedule deliveries and manage shipping logistics * Track and follow up on payments, invoices, and required paperwork 3. Website & Growth Support * Support testing and rollout of a new trade portal * Help update and organize website content, product info, and assets * Organize folders and assist in maintaining digital infrastructure 4. Creative & Marketing Support * Contribute to content creation for social media and email marketing * Assist during product and lifestyle photography sessions * Schedule and post content across platforms * Support creative initiatives and campaigns as needed Technical Skills & Tools Ideal candidates will be comfortable working across the following platforms: * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Apple ecosystem (MacOS, iCloud, iPhone) * Shopify (basic admin, product setup, metafields) * Canva (designing marketing materials, stories, and email graphics) * Email Marketing Tools (preferably Flodesk, Shopify Email) * Social Media Ads (Instagram & Facebook: basic ad setup, targeting, and reporting) You Might Be a Fit If You: * Are highly organized and self-motivated * Enjoy solving problems and making things run more smoothly * Communicate clearly and professionally * Have a strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail * Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment * Are excited to grow with an ambitious company To Apply: Please submit the following: * Your resume * A short 1-2 minute video introducing yourself and sharing why you're interested in the role and what excites you about the opportunity.
