Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for technology sales, and the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals. Duties * Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. * Engage in telemarketing activities to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. * Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication and customer service. * Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers. * Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of our technology offerings and improve sales techniques. * Negotiate terms of contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. * Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Requirements * Proven experience in telemarketing or business development is preferred. * Strong technical sales skills with a focus on technology products or services. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. * Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully. * Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships. * A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service. * Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and contribute to team success. * Previous experience in outbound calling is a plus but not mandatory.
