Client Account Executive (B2B Sales) Overview: We are looking for a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team in the evolving landscape of wholesale footwear, where strong client relationships and adaptability drive results. In this role, you will contribute to long-term growth by building trust with our existing client base, identifying new sales opportunities, and closing deals through proactive, consultative selling. Key Responsibilities Your core responsibilities include: * Phone Outreach: You will consistently make outgoing calls to engage, nurture, and grow existing accounts. * Relationship Building: You will develop and maintain strong client relationships to deliver exceptional client experiences. * Multi-Channel Engagement: You will actively engage with clients through phone calls, emails, in-person meetings, and mobile communication. * In-Showroom Client Service: You will manage walk-in clients, answering inquiries and providing product insights. * CRM Tracking and Reporting: You will keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM software. * Order Fulfillment Coordination: You will work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment. * Showroom Maintenance: You will maintain and optimize the company showroom, including displays, upkeep, and merchandising. Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate the following: * B2B Sales Experience: You have proven B2B sales expertise, with at least 2 years in Inside Sales or Outside Sales roles. * Communication Skills: You are an excellent communicator and communicate clearly and persuasively in both verbal and written interactions. * Reliability and Accountability: You are reliable and results-driven. You deliver on commitments without needing follow-up. * Negotiation Ability: You have strong negotiation skills for building trust and closing deals. * Attention to Detail: You are organized and detail-oriented. * Emotional Intelligence: You have strong emotional intelligence: collaborative, client-focused, and supportive. * Tech Proficiency: You are tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM platforms, and other common tools. * Bilingual Fluency: You are bilingual (English & Spanish), enabling seamless communication with diverse clients.
