We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in our retail environment before, during and after the sale. Responsibilities: - Respond to daily leads, set up follow up tasks and appointments. -Help sales team with lot ordanence, relign lot with the team when needed (every other week or less). - Maintain organizational standards by keeping the sales floor neat. - Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and recommend vehicles accordingly. - Exhibit professional phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone inquiries. -Help with opening and closing the store, with tasks like locking and unlocking vehicles. Help deliver vehicles when needed to be picked up or dropped off at other locations. Experience: - Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred. - Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. - Proficiency in retail math and basic math calculations. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
