Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Duties * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. * Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to provide informed recommendations. * Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Skills * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. * Proficiency in cash handling and retail math for accurate transactions. * Ability to upsell products effectively while understanding customer needs. * Familiarity with sales techniques and product knowledge is advantageous. * Capability to conduct engaging product demos that attract customer interest. * Ability to lift 25-30 pounds (boxes with stock - stocking a must) * Assiting with men's shop (Stoked Provisions) in same location and be in a float role for each location Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and contribute to creating an enjoyable shopping experience while developing your skills in a dynamic retail environment!
