This role offers a competitive base salary between $35,000 and $45,000 (depending on experience), plus a generous commission structure. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and personalized service. Proactively generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales. Maintain compliance with all state and company regulations. Qualifications: Licensed in Life & Health Insurance and Property & Casualty Insurance (required). Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Goal-oriented, driven, and enthusiastic about helping clients.
