Job Description & Responsibilities * Work onsite during business hours, including weekends. * Greet visitors and answer inquiries in person or on the phone. * Develop positive working relationships with customers, staff, and vendors. * Handle inquiries from potential customers via email, phone, and website. * Follow up with prospects and set appointments. * Work well with customers in high-stress situations. * Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager. * Demonstrate a desire and ability to gain knowledge of products, the company, and the sales process. * Handle conflict resolution effectively. Qualifications * High School diploma required; some college preferred. * 1-3 years of experience in a sales administrative or professional role. * Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). * Extreme attention to detail and time management. * Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects. * Experience handling confidential information.
