We're a hotel property with a ton of open leads, old contacts, and past customers we lost touch with. We're looking for someone who loves sales outreach, organizing leads, and bringing old business back to life. About the role: * Remote, flexible hours (full-time preferred, but part-time could work for the right person) * Dig into our database and old lead lists * Reconnect with old customers, lost business, and prospects we never closed * Send emails, make calls, and use LinkedIn to re-engage people * Set appointments for our on-site sales leadership to close * Help clean up and organize our database along the way You 'd be a great fit if you: * Have experience with hotel sales (corporate, group, or extended stay experience is a plus) * Are comfortable reaching out to people you've never talked to before * Are super organized and love keeping things tidy in a CRM * Can write friendly, professional emails and make casual follow-up calls * Know how to hustle without being pushy * Are self-motivated and can manage your own day working remote Bonus points if you: * Have worked with HubSpot, Salesforce, Cvent, [please apply online] or a similar travel portals * Understand the basics of corporate travel accounts or group sales * Have ideas for fresh outreach campaigns we can run Pay: Competitive hourly rate or base + bonus for reactivated leads that turn into booked revenue.
