Vizance is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our Racine team! WHY VIZANCE? WHAT YOU WILL DO AT VIZANCE * Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business. Respond to client questions and concerns promptly and professionally. * Policy Management: Analyze and evaluate clients' insurance needs to design insurance solutions. Review and update insurance policies. Assist clients in policy renewals. * Carrier Communication: Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and policy documents. Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers. * Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client records. * Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and changes in personal lines insurance regulations.
