Role Overview: We're seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team and drive growth in our commercial electronic security division. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of low-voltage security systems and a proven track record of building relationships, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets * Conduct site surveys and client consultations to assess needs and propose tailored security solutions * Create and present proposals and estimates for access control, CCTV, alarm, and communication systems * Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure accurate scope and seamless handoff * Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and upsell new solutions and service contracts * Stay up to date on industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor offerings * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets tied to both system sales and recurring revenue Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in electronic security sales or low-voltage integration (access control, CCTV, intrusion, etc.) * Understanding of platforms like Lenel, [please apply online] Salto, or similar systems is a plus * Ability to read construction drawings and specs is preferred * Strong communication and consultative selling skills * Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred but Not Required: * Familiarity with estimating software and CRM tools * Technical background in installation or service is a plus What We Offer: * Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission * Bonus incentives for system sales and recurring monthly revenue * Health benefits, 401(k) match, and paid time off * Growth opportunities with a company expanding into new markets Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * Monday to Friday License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Remote
