About us mittoshop is a B2B wholesale women's clothing company designing and manufacturing clothing for sale via e-commerce sites and national trade shows. Our office is located in Commerce, CA. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building. Duties * Cold Calling to generate new leads and identify potential clients. * Email customers and create/send product line sheets to make sales * Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product availabilities * Manage territory sales by developing strategies to maximize customer outreach and engagement. * Upsell existing customers on additional products * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional efforts with sales initiatives. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications * Proven experience in inside sales, retail sales, or technical sales is preferred. * Strong skills in cold calling are essential. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships. * A proactive approach to upselling and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts. * Must be proficient at using a Windows computer and learning how to navigate a CRM software. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail * Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork * Native fluency in English, both verbal and written * Experience within wholesale fashion industry is preferred * Familiarity with women's fashion and clothing sales is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends Application Question(s): * Do you have experience and confidence in cold calling potential customers to make sales and upselling existing customers?
