Job Summary Job Summary Integrated Insurance Solutions is an independent insurance agency that provides Nationwide Personal & Commercial Insurance, Employee Benefits, as well as Financial planning. Our North Carolina office is looking for licensed P&C agents to sell insurance products and services. We are seeking motivated and experienced professionals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and tailoring insurance solutions for a very high-end VIP client book of business that have large accounts. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Experience in P&C Business. (P&C and/or Personal Lines) * High School Graduate. * Proven sales experience in the insurance industry. * Must hold state Property & Casualty/Personal Lines insurance license or willing to obtain one within an agreed upon timeframe. * Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. * Must be comfortable with internet based programs as well as intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office products. Knowledge of Applied/EPIC is preferred, but not required. * Sets priorities and manages work flow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities. * Maintain a cordial and effective relationship with clients, co-workers, carriers, vendors and other business contacts. Ability to work in a team environment.
