Responsibilities * Complete the PLACE Launch program * Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis * Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes * Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers * Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology * Host two open houses each month * Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments * Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards * Take part in team activities as per team guidelines * Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls * Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market properties * Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services Qualifications * You possess a natural drive for sales and a competitive edge. * Skilled in establishing connections, understanding client needs, and finding solutions. * Expertise in prospecting and generating leads. * Naturally adept at handling objections. * Exceptional communication skills and a dedication to service. * Collaborative team member * Licensed real estate agent * Over 3 years of experience in real estate sales * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities * Eager to learn and focused on growth * Highly organized * Open to learning scripts and dialogues * Superior time management skills About-our-team At PDX Property Group, we strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
