What Sets Us Apart? * Collaborative, zero-drama atmosphere where we hustle and have fun doing it * Weekly team meetings that feel like power sessions with friends * Mentorship culture; I'm not just your boss, I'm your accountability partner * This role is 100% commission-based with growth opportunities that reward results with competitive pay & bonuses * Sign-on bonus for Licensed Professionals Responsibilities * Build & manage client relationships * Educate clients on property & casualty insurance options tailored to their needs * Create & present insurance policy quotes * Prospect & follow-up with provided leads via phone, email & in-person * Communicate with clients daily to help them with current policy/plan updates, issues and/or changes * Support regular monthly marketing activities * Maintain accurate client records & update documents and files * Weekly meetings with the team to collaborate on agency goals & celebrate wins * Attend & participate in trainings, client meetings, networking/community events and various team projects Qualifications * Licensed Property & Casualty Agent or actively pursuing licensure * People person with a passion for helping others and building strong client relationships * Self-motivated, dependable and committed to personal & professional growth * Receptive to coaching, adaptable and eager to embrace new ideas * Strong verbal and written communication skills and a relationship-first approach * Good listener in client meetings * Professional presence with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset * Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Retirement Plan Eligibility After completing one (1) full year with the agency, you will become eligible for our employer-sponsored retirement plan.
