Position Overview and Requirements: * Schedule: Evening and Weekend availalbity is required. Hours may vary. * Greeting customers as the enter the building. * Building a rapport with customers through conversation and honest recommendations. * Collaboration with other team members to creatively and efficiently maintain merchandise presentation throughout the store. * Daily movement of inventory for restock (may be physically demanding for short periods of time). * Efficient POS(Cash Register) operation. * Basic math skills with the ability to calculate and count cash back. * Excellent verbal communication skills. * Detail oriented. * Ability to stand for at least 4 continuous hours. * Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. * Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment during peak hours. * GOAL driven and self-motivated. * Must be at least 16 years of age to apply.
