What We 're Looking For: * 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles (high-ticket sales is a plus). * Competitive, money-motivated mindset --you thrive on commission-based earnings. * Strong communication and negotiation skills --you can build trust and close deals quickly. * Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-moving, competitive industry. * A team player who enjoys a fun, collaborative, success-driven environment.
