Position Summary : We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Sales & Event Manager, who can work independently, to lead event sales and execution at our Family Entertainment Center. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing private and corporate events from inquiry to execution, and driving revenue through innovative sales strategies. A successful candidate will be highly organized, personable, and passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: *Sales & Client Relations: Proactively generate new business by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities (birthday parties, corporate events, group bookings, school trips, etc.) Conduct outbound sales calls, attend local networking events, and follow up on inbound leads Event Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all booked events, from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including booking, logistics, F&B, entertainment, staffing, and special requests As needed, oversee event execution to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence Administrative Duties: Prepare proposals, contracts, and event summaries Manage event calendar in Tripleseat (Event Management Software) Track and report on sales metrics and event feedback Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred 2+ years in sales, event planning, or hospitality management (experience in an FEC, theme park, or entertainment venue is a plus) Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Tripleseat, etc.) Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed Key Competencies: Outgoing and customer-focused personality Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Leadership and team collaboration Creative problem-solving High energy and resilience in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $58,750.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Evenings as needed * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
