Description: FOX 11/Telemundo is seeking a full-timeSales Assistants/Receptionist that is expected to support the sales team for both FOX 11 and our customers. * Responsibilities The Sales Assistants/Receptionist general responsibilities include the following tasks: * Assist Salespeople with tools and proposals for clients * Assist the traffic department to make sure our commercials are running properly. * Perform general office duties. * Protect the company s value and integrity by maintaining confidentiality. * Commit to and accountable for the delivery of exceptional customer service. * Lead, encourage and promote positive team member engagement; empower individuality while promoting productivity Requirements: * Have a high school diploma or equivalent. * Be punctual. * Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Possess good problem-solving skills. * Possess good basic math skills. * Be teachable by being a good listener and willing to continually learn new skills. * Be able to follow instructions. * Be able to set and accomplish goals. * Be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills. * Be able to work independently without direct supervision.
